Never underestimate your potential power

After the Spring Festival, I started to make everything go back to be normal. I started to jog and do pushes every night after work. Since the Spring Festival made me idle for a while when I was at home reading and accompanying parents. After that, I began to do physical exercises again. At the first few days, I felt sour on shoulders, muscles on biceps, abdomen and legs. I felt fine and also got the recognition of the importance of perseverance. Just few days passed by, I got ok feeling on myself, no more uncomfortable pains and sours. I am back.
Never ever feel that you are not good at something. Sometimes we are frightened by ourselves a lot and feel not that confident. Supposing there is a thick English version book, we might assume it very hard to read since there are so many new words and odd phrase. It can be consumed if it is split into small sections to read everyday, months later, it could be done. Meanwhile there is fruitful harvest of new words which did not know before.
Usually we just think too much while are deficient to actions. How bad it is. A guy comes out to resort to how to do something. It turns out it is not that hard, and you have explained well about how to use and do that. That guy might think it is sure that you must have to tell him. Actually he can do it well. He only spends minutes looking up the instructions and getting the main ideas and implies. Not just go for consulting somebody immediately. If there is partly something hard to take, it would be efficient to ask for inquiry about where exactly the point that you do not understand. By doing so, it enhances the independence of one's ability of growing by himself.
We can often hear that people are nagging about how hard it is to get lost weight. Or it is very difficult getting up in the morning. No one wants to swallow up bitterness, we expect gaining by doing nothing. As a matter of fact, such a case only happens in dream on bed.
Drops of water decay and drill hard rocks, diligent and hard study sharpens one's mind, persistence and action build up brawny body and accumulate strength.

- I agree with you that if we divide the whole reading process into many steps its not as hard as we thought it woule be . Let' s assume a book of 200 pages, if we just read 30 pages per day and within one week we are done .And for one month normally we can read four books .This is my goal

By the way, everyone becomes the teacher when he or she has some strength that some others who do not know.

- Yeah, that is a good way to read some books and do some others when we are not so available. Everyday spend some time to read which does not cost much time, and soon maybe a week, half a month, we can finish something as planned.

- Yes, he is an industrious person. He has quickly progressed from ordinary to proficiency within a short time. Furthermore, his topics are quite interesting and touches on most relevant facets of life. He also responds effectively to other members here guiding them on how to write properly. He is a live example on how to write better through constant practice.
