Do not trust that the pie comes easily

After a gloomy and cloudy week, it is now becoming warm and sunny again. Very good to have such a nice day. This is the moment that people find it hard to choose what they should wear. Probably, the backup of a coat is necessary, because there is no one else could predict what exact the temperature goes to be at. Even though we know it is getting warm, but still meet the abnormality of weather changing. We really do not know of that. And we see some guys suffer a cold, especially for those, kids and the old, who are vulnerable to be sick in spring and autumn which are the two seasons that people are easily getting a cold. Physical exercises are quite vital to prevent being sick and efficient to enhance stamina and strength.
The new green tea is to launch for sale. The first time to drink that new tea this year again. I like this kind of delicacy of its unique smell and light green leaves drifting in the glass. Each leaf contains the diligence from tea farmers and bestowed with favor from nature. Nothing else goes in an easy way. We see a butterfly yet do not notice that it was a caterpillar. We watch the grass but never think of its suffering from stamping from people everyday.
This current situation we see everything in a hurry. The convenience of internet bombards news that opens the era of information explosion. We are busy checking news and all kinds of fragments of gossips online. We easily get lost in the vast ocean of news. We see somebody is funded from angel investments with a huge amount of money. We find someone has made a big fortune and he is extremely excellent. We are jealousy of their achievements and dreaming of one day that we should also make something and become some big celebrities and stars. While finally, it does work out as what we want.
As an ordinary person, there is nothing else can be compared with the present moment. It is the time we have, it is the age we own, it is the best moment to say "Live at present". After years of hard work and struggling, there could an ideal result. What if not? Just go on, and do not care that too much. Because it does give us chances, the only difference is those lucky guys who are seizing it when they are so ready and prepared.

- The hospitals and clinics are filled with people who catch cold or affected by virus. Normally, when we go to the emergency room, it only takes about half and hour and we would be seen by a doctor. At present, we can expect wait of up to several hours before our turn comes. Clearly, people cannot adapt to sudden changes of weather from warm to cold and vice versa. People have lower immunity or defense due to improper nutrition and lack of physical exercises. Prevention is always better than cure. Lets eat sensibly and exercise frequently.
The first time I had green tea was when drinks were served on a plane. The strong aroma of green tea ingrained on my mind and I bought some from the local tea shop. Whenever, I have tea I imagine vast tea plantation fields and the pickers laboriously picking the leaves into their baskets. I have been drinking tea for many years and tea does have the effect of calming my nerves and beneficial to health.
While we are striving for peace, quiet and serenity, we are bombarded by horrific news, like the Belgian bombings, disasters and violence and negative economy news which we have no choice but to view them just for information purposes. We would be out touch if we don't know what is going on. The frequency of these negative news does affect and disturb us. Sometimes, I wonder why the world is so complicated and confrontational. Why is it so hard to live a healthy and peaceful life?

- Many of my friends and colleagues are sick of that cold. Apart from the reason of season changing, another one is the self protection and fitness cultivation. We have to keep good style by forming a good habit to keep healthy.

Information does effect us a lot. We have to tell and judge what exactly are those which are nice to or bad. Unfortunately, it is hard to make sure of all of them. News comes out everyday and at any time. We sometimes might feel addicted to be pushed by those news. The isolation of being alone is not something we want. The integrity of world, and the fast switching and exchanging of news let us sense the oppression upon us, while we have no choice unless we shut down the phone and internet.
Wars and battles, even warlords are still there. It does exist in the planet. We are lucky to live the peaceful surroundings here. And those who are still suffering those painful family members, relatives and friends losing, really live in the extreme miserable suffering. When could it be mild and tranquil? I also want to see that answer. For the time being, it is going on everyday that we hear of disastrous conflicts and catastrophic turbulence.
