Unexpected diagnose

A dawdler was slightly nudged by a car in the crowded street. To be honest, he had no bruise, not mention to badly hurt. Then the dawdler, out of outrage, yelled at the driver loudly and commanded to compensate him for the loss. The drive was then to be ask out from the car, and required to take that dawdler to the hospital for physical fitness examination.
The scene was severely in chaotic mess. At the very beginning, the driver apologized and said that he would be responsible for any of the loss. And then he found that dawdler actually did not hurt badly, since he knew that he had braked timely. No more a small bruise should the guy suffer only because of the inertia after braking coasted in a short distance before it approached to that pedestrian. Therefore the driver thought it would be a small case.
Things are always gonna be in the opposite direction. That outrageous man kept saying bad words on the driver and alleged he was badly hurt. Surprisingly, he just sat down and told the driver there was a must to take him for checking in a hospital.
So the driver had no other better idea and finally went to a hospital nearby alongside with that guy. That guy insisted that he needed a full scan in case some other unexpected hurt caused in some certain organs or tissues.
Finally it came out to be nothing seriously injured but a medium size tumor captured in the brain. Which seemed that it had already developed for a long time. Further diagnose should be carried on before the affirmation if it was benign or malignant. That guy paled his face and appeared cold sweat on forehead. Feeling limp and feeble, even hardly spoke out a single word, an inauspicious omen had himself almost paralyzed and trembled down on the ground in the lobby.

- Indeed a startling diagnosis. Quite often we come across people with unjustified demands for compensation. This happens mostly at fast food restaurants where some customers take advantage of the quality control systems and demand compensation.
Nowadays it is even risky to render assistance to people in distress on the streets. There are frequent reports of people claiming compensation arising out of well intentioned volunteers.
