Right in the sweating season

When I was back from 15 km jogging, people were still in the dream and I was saturated with sweat from head to toe. In the real hot days, it offers me the feeling of that craziness in this sweating summer. From the balcony, I rested up by leaning against the handrail and overlooking twigs ruffled in the breeze. This is a nice morning.
The sound of fans from the air conditions can be sensed around. It is hard to live without them as if we cannot have storage of food without refrigerators. It could be necessary yet not a must of living. We are not that weak. In fact, we are more potential as what we judge ourselves. Few days ago, I met a man who trains himself by having healthy diet. He just do not eat too much meat and stuff like that. Surely, he is also not that vegetarian. He does well by keeping that diet and lives good in the health as everyone admires.
Of many unexpected things bring us happiness we do not have lies in what kind of style in life we choose. Let this weekend come as fiercely as it should be like.

- 15km, it is taken about three hours at least, you are great, you are enjoying totally sweat after jogging.

- It is really cool by running in that hot days. Even in winter I also do that, the coldness does not hamper going outside for exercising.

It costs me 70 mins to finish 15 km. I do not know how long can I can run in three hours. Next time, I will try and see what long I can run.
