It is cooler compared to the moment a couple of weeks ago. In the morning and night, I can sense the cool air which means it is getting down and it is more like the beginning of autumn. In daytime, the dominace of heat wave still declares we are in the summer. But it is better now.
This Tuesday, I found that my sport shoes wore out. They have accompanied me for almost several years. Whenever I feel free, I just put them on and jog around for a while. I had them to the playground, to some rural countryside. It is the time to buy new shoes.
In the office, there is no chance to stretch and exercise. And the long time staring at the computer screen generates sours on eyes, shoulders, and the back. Even the joints suffer from stagnation, they do not react as flexible as they were before. We are most prematurely to step into senile mode. So, I desperately try jumping out of that swamp. After work, on weekends, I need to go out even I do not want to do so, there is a strong voice in mind which tells me that I should get started.
Particularly, when most guys were in the rooms, having their air conditioners, I was on the way. Enjoying the hot waves from the ground, vehicles and all stuff emits heat.
This reminds me of Forrest Gump. It is a good movie and tells of a story about the protagonist, Forrest Gump, who was diagnosed as a little bit different kid in childhood with lower IQ than normal peers. But his mother who never allowed his son to admit that he was differernt. She believed that he could do well.
He behaved a little bit weird but he did follow his mother's words that he was normal. Though his fellows laughted at him and almost no one thought he was normal. He was just a stuid. Jenny, who was Gump's childhood playmate, always supported him. They were like bees and having fun together.
When they grew up, they had different life. At least for Jenny, she dreamed of being a star and joined to sing in club and hoped that one day her dream could come out to be true. Gump then joined the army and later experienced the war of vietnam. When Gump was back from battlefield, he started to fish. Bad luck in the first beginning, and till one day the good fortune hit on him. It was the time, except for Gump's shabby ship, all the ships were destroyed by a disastrous hurrican. With the help from his former Lieutenant Dan, who lost his left shank in Vietnam, Gump's ship was harvesting with shrimps and fishes. He opened a firm to manage the fishing business. He later become a millionaire.
Though finally Gump had a rich life, he never forgot Jenny. He named after Jenny as his first shabby and old ship. He missed her in the starry night in Vietnam. After the war, they two met but later she left him again. For some reasons, Gump started to run. He ran everywhere. He ran across streets, bridges, roads, from a city to another one. People got to know him and many who were inspired got to follow his running. One day he suddenly stopped running, followers thought that he wanted to say something, they received nothing but the answer that he just felt tired and wanted to go home.
That was his simple life. He said: "Stupid is as stupid does." And the deah of his mother, she told him: "Life is just like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are gonna get."
Jenny had Gump a son and shortly died of an ill after their marrige. Their little son, also named Forrest was to live his father.
There is no end of life as we trust the teasure of human beings could last forever and we just follow what we want. Sometimes we do not see the luck, yet it does not mean that we can never meet it.
Though there is no perfection. Believe in yourself. Run with your life. When you run, you also think of life.

- Doing physical exercise is good for our health, but I am too lazy to do sports.

- It is not easy to keep active all the time. And we are more likely to choose a cozy lifestyle. I also like to be indoors and enjoying the cool air conditioner and have a nice rest. But sometimes I feel that I need doing some physical exercises. It helps me stay a positive status.

- Yes. It is not easy. But I still keep it. That is the challenge and I like this feeling of conquering. You may try doing something else.
