At the age of thirty

This time I know that I am not a kid anymore. I am more powerful. At the same time I have to face everything that I should cope with. It is the time I am about to be responsible for what I did.
Before this age, I felt energetic and did not sense the importance of well being till one day that I found I was not a twenty something guy anymore. Now I realise that I have to be okay with health. That is because it is the key point decides if I can survive and move on. I used to stay late and did not take it seriously. And now I sense I am not in that good status if I do not rest up well. This does not allow me to overdraft the physical energy. I should save the youth in the blood.
That playful boy was innocent and now I have to keep in line. Not everything that I want could come true. But one thing for sure is that if I try nothing, there would be no chance to make something come true.
I have to behave myself in order to keep fit. From jogging to push ups, and from regular daily routine to diet keeping, I have to control and meanwhile see how much I can undertake. Big words are easy to speak out, concrete actions are hard to carry out. But I am here, not a little boy. I can take that.
This is the threshold as a man to step into a new phase. My journey is on the way. There is little time for me to rest. The grand view ahead right there is calling me. I just cannot help moving and chasing the pulses of great chapter.
There are no tears. There is room for smiles. I learn to tackle with challenges and fight for destiny. I feel lucky that I am in this world at this time. It is a fantastic age that I have never met before. Just go on.

- I am 6 elder than you. I found I had been a mid-aged man in other people's mind when I want to get a new job, although I still think I am a young man. Maybe it is the time for me to thought what will be mine life and work in the future because it will be difficult to change a work in the future. It is a joke for a 36 year's old man don't know the next step although I have abundant knowledge and work experience.

- We will forever young only if we keep a young heart, besides, materity means we know what we should and what we shouldn't, we have to say "no" when we indulge ourselves too much.
All in all, keep healthy, energetic, active when we work, have a sunshine heart always, be kind to person around, have a gratitude heart, never give up makes a man to be a real man.
