Run in the rain

On account of the busy work, I am occupied totally that I even squeeze out a little bit time to run. This evening, I put everything away and had sport suits and shoes. Then I went out.
It was raining. Drops of rain hitting on my face now and then and I felt refreshed by the cool and moist air. I ran slowly and tried keeping smooth breath. Few guys on streets, I just did my way.
I was somehow wet halfway. Sweat thrilled me and I was to sense the happiness on the way. Dopamine was released and I was excited to have that reaction. From the brain, it soon spread all over the body. Each muscle just sensed that power from excitement.
How great it is. Nothing serious, I could still run. So I kept moving forward. The rain remained in that station which was neither so heavy nor small.
When I was back, I had a glass of water. Then I took the bath and then did the laundry. It is not a big deal, go out you can discover something, meanwhile you get something.
For health's sake, I should be energetic and I have to be alert my well-being. Let's call it a day.

- Yes, so after having done my work, now I restart doing it again. Just now, I was back from jogging around, cool.
