Face it
All the domestic indexes fell sharply today. Again the shanghai index is under 3000. This was the news I checked this afternoon. It seems not to do with our daily life, while it does has the influence on the production and construction of the national economic growth. The curve of the indexes operates as in the routine of a man's life journey. Ups and downs happen to us, it will rebound again and also could down soon too.
Whatever happened, it is not that bad. We learn and study. Finally we get to understand what exactly we have suffered and what else that we can make up to let it better. As I always believe that things are going to be fine. That is because we move.
The rain as previously foreseen poured down at 18:00. Now it gets cooler and the rainy season comes. Then the high humidity and stuffiness will torture us. Meanwhile clothes are easy to mold if there were no precautions to iron and keep them well. But this is what it is.
And it is extremly beneficial for my training, I was wet from head to toes. Sit-ups help me burn more fat, by donig so, with jogging, it speeds up the consumption of additional fat. After the bath, I am refreshed.
