Sedentariness is one of the main reasons that we suffer from diseases. Thus, physical exercises is undoubtedly important.
Though we know its importance, even we have heard of it from doctors, many of us just do not do it. There are reasons. But the point is we do not want to step out. Things are hard at the first beginning. Once we move a tiny little step forward, on some level, we have made a big deal.
When I jog alongside roads, occasionally,I run into some runners and I feel good. That is because I am not the single one who is doing that thing. Actually, in any kind of a field you like you will find some guys who are with the same hobby as you do.
We might be demotivated by setbacks, but it does not hamper us from getting back to the track. Surely, we will pay the cost. We can be back again from the painful work.
