Interest is the best teacher. When you want to do something, just go ahead and try doing it. It does not matter if you fail. If you try doing nothing, you surely get nothing back.

I am not good at pinyin input since I am weak in remembering the tone and intonation of Chinese characters. That is common to meet a guy from a southern city who speaks Putonghua or Mandarin with local accents. So I chose wubi input as an alternative. I mastered the basic skills of wubi input from scratch in an afternoon when I was doing practicing with Kingsoft TypeEasy in dormitory in college. From then on, I better it and use it to input characters. That is an ideal input method, at least for me, to type characters, even some of them I do not remember or can not pronounce.

Of course, with the development of software and hardware in line with the AI technology, pinyin input also improves to be much easier and more suitable for almost everyone to use. But I still use wubi input as the priority. That is the experience gets to me know I should follow what I want and then pursue that dream.
