When we see a doctor, the doctor usually says to us that we should keep diet, do exercises, have a healthy lifestyle. We have heard of the benefits of water drinking, rest, and workout, etc., while most of us just can barely follow those good tips.


Our brains will deceive us to stay where we are, because the comfortable zone is always the best to save energy and time and it offers us freedom to enjoy without feeling sorry about health problem till one day we find something uncomfortable in our bodies.


The balance of work, life, workout, diet and rest is important. We'd rather like doing nothing but sitting on a sofa to watch TV or checking out phone messages. This leads to the problem of subhealth which would be bad if it were worsened.


It requires us to be positive to do something in terms of health. Never too late to tack actions, right now, it is the best time to step out for a walk. Right now is the right moment to have a rest after a busy working day. Now is the ideal time to make a healthy dinner.


Not only physically in flesh but also mentally in mind, we need both of them to stay healthy. Thus we feel better even though there are some setbacks ahead. We can still go through it.
