How could it be so hot
As the heat wave keeps soaring, it really makes the summer a stove. It just needs few minutes to sweat. My yoga mat is totally soaked while I am doing exercises on it. If I were outside, I definitely sweat more and terribly severely than I do indoors. So I'd prepare it well before going out. Water is surely necessary. Usually I drink some water then I find it okay to go out. Due the weather is damn hot, I choose to jog around at nights. Though it is still hot, but much better than it is in the day. There is no room to shelter. Only the air conditioners can cool off the heat.
