The exercises on my belly really reduce the fat so I am freer to breathe and the heat is coming back again after the typhoon. So this the chance I never miss to burn more fat. I did not want to move a muscle when I was off work. And I'd like being indoors by doing nothing when it comes to summer. It is not good so I choose to challenge myself to jump out of that comfort zone.
Usually we are stuck and in the middle of deciding which way to go and what we should do. By consuming too much time, we are still at where we are. How bad it is. The point is whatever we want to do, the first thing is to try it. It is all right if we are failed. Just go ahead.
The first step for fat-buring exercises is not that hard. The hesitation only kills time but gains nothing. Thus, one more step, it might be a bigger improvement.
