We have to say no

If someone is asking you for too much, you can just say no to his requests. Whatever, such kind of a situation happened in life or work, we should be careful to be nice to ourselves. One of the main reasons we dare not to say no is because of the worries of the position we engaged in. It does not mean we just reply disrespectfully. Wisdom and honesty are needed to back up to show our ideas and make us clear what we really want to do. Sometimes we are submissive to orders from supervisors and feel uncomfortable and reluctant to do those we really do not want. How should we do? Before speaking up, it is better to consider the situation and do not be losing mind, instead, we have to be brave. For a better tomorrow, it is time to say something. Then we realise it is not that hard to reject others' askings.
