Don't be negative. A coin has its two sides. Thus, we have choices and try to select positive options. Negative attitude does not take any effect but rot the mind and destory the will. Therefore complaints do not work, the effective method is to think about if there are some other ways to solve problems.
Regular workout. Doing exercises regularly do help us to remain healthy. We'd rather like lying down and enjoy the comfort on the bed. Sometimes we seem to have no time to do any of exercises. But some simple indoors workout just need not too much time and room. The physical exercises not only help us to stay healty, but also improve the mind to be positive.
Lifelong learning. Every year there are approximate 8-10 million college students finishing schooling and going out to the campus for job hunting. At the same time, aging employees are likely to be fired since the young worker are more competive in lower cost. Meanwhile, some more new jobs created require new skillful job hunters which means what we learnt in the school or from the previous jobs are not useful anymore. Thus, we'd better keep the habit of self learning.
Being with family. When we are availalbe on weekends, holidays or any of the time we are freel we should be with family. If we do not be with our best beloved ones whom else we are to be with?
Though life is tough, it does not ask us to be falling.
