Reality
In terms of flattered words, I found it is nothing but a compliment. Anything good is called fantastic because of its quality. It cannot be changed simply by means of appearance. It has gone through experience and toughening. In reality and in order to defy the odds, practical actions speak everything. Nothing can be easily acquired and the value of something obtained is up to the hard work.
Before starting off work, I estimate it to see if it is in line with its value. If it is less valued, it cannot last too long so I will wait to see if there are chances to get rid of it, on the contrary, it is worh a shot.
It should be clear what I am engaged in is necessary to do so. Otherwise, it is nothing but a wast of time and energy. And I surely know the proper moment to inform the supervisor/boss that he/she might be wrong, meanwhile, let subordinates understand what I have assigned for their tasks.
Apart from the office eqtiquette, the efficiency is of importance to solve problems. The reconciliation of relation among everyone in the office is subtle but as interesting as in daily life. Anyway, the point is the personal value which should be realized to the fullest. If not, it absolutely has no room for improvement and promotion. That is to say, it is time to quit.
Except for the pandemic, though the economy is on the way to recovery full of uncertainties, it is not easy to get an ideal job. Those great job hunters are always competive to search and finally receive their offers. The unique abilities or comparative advantage of skills can be the warranty.
To realize self sufficiency, everyone works harder which might be a chance living well tomorrow. After all, money talks.
