More and more job seekers are are joining in the civil service examination in the hope of finding a stable position. At the same time many companies do not have their ideal employees. Many jobs are not for the white collars, instead those positions are right for the blue collars. Henceforth we can see that professional education is needed to fill the gap of skilled workers. Though there are many reasons for the fierce competition, it boils down to the conclusion: the economy growth slows down.
Every year so many graduates coming out campus, they become the powerful competitors. Many companies have the request that they'd like hire someone who is under the age of 35, because the young are more competitive. No matter what kind of position you are at, you are likely to be fired at any time, unless you are the boss or have a strong connection. In face of the reality we can almost do nothing, and never think that you can be stable, on the contrary, you have to be prepared and skillful and learned and laborious, then you might not be eliminated.
