Arrange time
Everyday the alarm clock rings at 6 a.m. and then I wake up on time. I do not feel it is miserable to get up at an early time. Even on weekends, I just get up at that time. Sometimes if necessary, such as a catch-up to flight, I even wake up earlier before the ring from the alarm clock. When I constantly follow that I get to know it is a good method to lead a better quality of life. Since I can have more time doing what I want. Time is flexible to some extent, like a sponge, bringing me unexpected surprises and extra awards as long as I work hard to be self discipline.
