Out of politeness I ate some hairy crabs this noon. I have not had that for quite a long time. To be honest, I do not like eating something complicated and time costing. Anyway as a guest, I followed the host's likes. And surely I did not deny the delicious food.
When I cook I just make some simple food. They are not tasteful as what we have in restaurants, but they are healthy to eat. I also do not add too much salt, and just stir them with little oil. I have little meat but more vegs. Fruits are the best to have.
Thanks for the hospitality. But I will not eat too much which are rich in high protein and fat this week anymore. And workout will maintain cholesterol and blood fat levels in a reasonable status.
