The yoga mat is almost worn out. It is my old friend and has accompanied me for nearly three years. When I am available I use it to do some stretches, particularly in the rainy days or extreme weather I warm up on it before indoors workout. Sooner or later it will be replaced according to the current intensity of training.
Sometimes we have just thought too much and planned too specifically while it is nothing if we do not put ideas into practice. Persistence in a long run does not mean that we have to be constantly doing something everyday, but it really requires to do it on regular basis.
What is the frequency of the persistence? That is the question we usually do not think seriously. If it is permitted, it is better that we can do it frequently everyday, and it is still okay that we can do it every two days or even on a weekly basis. But it is not a persistence if we just do it temporarily and uncontinuously. Then we are awarded nothing but a sigh of failure.
