Hours of a phone screen watching unnoticeably consumes the precious time which could have been spent on rest and study. But the temptation of that cyberworld somehow does attract people into a dreamy world where something cannot be realized in reality. Overuse of eyes and inappropriate posture of phone staring contribute to eyesight and joints problems. Never mind. People just cannot put that away.

- Yes. all of addictions are dopamine trap. if you want to overcome them, you should keep far way from electronic devices and internet. To adopt some good custom instead of spending the cherished time on those entertainment apps.
