Enjoyment of Reading

Whenever I finish reading a book, it feels like completing a marvelous journey. I love immersing myself in the ocean of words to draw nourishment. Rushing through the reading process is never satisfying; it's better to take it slow and savor every word, much like sipping tea or wine. Also, trying to finish quickly just to meet deadlines isn't wise. Books aren't written overnight, and they require careful exploration. Plus, our own life experiences matter greatly. Only when we stumble upon the right book at the right time can we experience that 'aha' moment. Books that once seemed puzzling in childhood may suddenly make sense later on, feeling like they mirror our own experiences. Otherwise, even the best book just becomes decoration. Real reading happens when it stops feeling like a chore and becomes a joy. It's about purity and simplicity, without any ulterior motives, just a quest for self-discovery. It may seem effortless, but it's spiritually enriching.
