there's an increasing distrust in China nowadays, between authorities and the public, which i suppose may lead to an severe crisis of confidence/faith.besides,the explosion of information in the fast-modernised society contributes to this invisable conjuncture, which can be reflected by the huge mess of news media range from traditional newspapers to electronic-civilizational internet. take the recent issue of measles vaccine which is given out to certain groups of people nationwide free of charge in our country.it has brought up an enthusiastic discussion amongst civilians, and of course, there're also representative speeches of the three dominent aspects in China. Authorities:reasons for the free injection of vaccine in so hurry a time and the exact source of this enourmous amount of vaccine are not persuasive enough,as remarks from officials are not quite affirmative,in fact the statements are shifting. Media:medium is a vital connection between people and issues or events both home and abroad, which indicates the significance that precise and truth-based information is effectively conveyed from this dimension to its receivers. sadly, the tragedy is that media always catch at shadows to meet the public's demand for an express of information, leading to a market of information where dragons and fishes are jumbling together. Publics:consequently, civilians from this aspect are suspicious, somehow even wildered, not knowing what to believe, and definitely a wholistic panic from every individual inside arises. it's considerably critical to hold a fixed and harmonious relationship between authorities and civilians, just like a marrige which once has a crack and then may go to a disaster if the firstly tiny problem is not been aware of and taken good care of. so,how to enhance this significant relationship?from my point of view,i suppose these three aspects must all make an effort: Authorities:they are obliged to share information openly and timely with people, through opening speeches made by expertised officials who are specially appointed.they have to realise people's right to be informed and curiosity to be satisfied. Civilians:a faith in the nation as well as its authrity must be built;also the capability of distinguishing the correct and utilized information rationaly should be improved. Media:they ought to implement their meaningful social responsibility to this society, seeking for truth and representing the facts. so,one day,u say one, they say one,and without unfaith or hesitate ,i'll say one,too

The higher authorities at least is trying to give an impression that it cares as shown in the recent city riots protesting against land seizure and abuse of power. The problem seems to be with the middle and lower authorities and those problems need to be addressed.
