So many days spent in programming,from the start of August to now,I had keep on doing this even without a sound sleep,which in part resulted in my constant cold caught.

  During this period,my coryza  had a relapse(复发) for several times and that really annoyed me so much.My oryza,that was sure to relapse with the delicate climate change.For that,there must be at least several days lived in pain ,extra money  to buy nessecsary tablnet and capsule(By now,about one hundred yuan) and low efficiency to do anything.

  In order to avoid that,I spent at least twenty minutes in every another day to do some execise that lasted for twenty days.For that,I reckoned my body would be stronger to resist the delicate climate change,but unfortunately I was wrong again.Based on the previous fact,I decided other actions to solve the current problem,after all,our life including study,amusing and other things should ground on whether our bodies is strong enough and energy to cope with them or not.The body is just everything,you cannot fufill anything if without a strong body.Though execise may take part of my time,but it was just an investment and a nesscssary one,with an apropriate arrangement,the return would be astonishing,

I reckoned I could exert my energy into utmost,to do all the things in necessary and in priority,that is the object I had been in pursuit of for a long time,which meant to balance the study and exercise.Only by this way,can we fufiill more things within the same limited time,can we improve our efficiecy that would enables us to be more competive than others.

  The way forward was still in puzzle,all I needed to do was found the problem and solve it!!!
