This week,When I check my e-mails in OUTLOOK ,I suddenly find a resignation mail of one colleague from QA Department.After reading this e-mail,I feel a little surprised,for he also hold a project meeting with us before spring festival holiday,there's no symptom for his leaving.As far as I know,he has worked for our company for more than four years. Maybe It's time for him to leave the position.He could find a better job and seek a more suitable working environment.
In fact,I have seen several colleagues to resign in our company.To our company,they are bone workers, as they all have worked for a quite long period.To each company,resignation is an formal phenomenon ,especially in some so-called hot leaping period.As employees, making a leap can bring some benefits ,say high salary,better welfare, further career development and so on, but negative effects also exsit.As companies,the resignation of seasoned workers is a great loss ,it means that they have to find a greenhand to replace the former one,and they have to spend time and money to develop new workers.
In my opinion,it is necessary to plan our career development before graduation and after work.Before graduation,we should made a blueprint for career development so that you can find a clear career direction.Otherwise,the jobing hunting process wil be quite difficult.After work,make career development blueprint become prominent.Because we should work for almost half of our life,making a smart decision in career is important to us.
Whether you choose to make a leap or stay in the original job,your own wellbeing is the key point.If you can not enjoy happiness in your job,and it is meaningless to stay.No matter what happen,we should not give up studying by yourself or from others.Besides,a positive attitude can keep you energetic in your career.
