A few days ago, the 3.15 Evening Party hold by CCTV is impressive to all consumers in China. It has revealed some outstanding cases which harm the interests and rights of our wide consumers. For example, JInhu tyre, Shuanghui Meat.After watching these TV shows and reports, we find that the environment we live, the commodities we use, even the foods we eat are not safe. As a result, our wide consumers can not have a sense of safety. Because the information asymmetry, it is hard for us to learn the inner situation of manufacturers deeply. Our consumers are a disadvantaged minority in society, which is against to the good saying ”Consumers are the god”.

Recenly, my laptop doesn’t work again. Then I use Internet  to search the symptom of function failure .To my surprise, I am actually one of the victims in the NVDIA display card case. Some NVDIA display card series have their own defects, which can not be cured radically.What's worse,the warranty of my Lenovo (two years) has expired.That is to say,I can't enjoy the after-sales service any more.What's annoying to me most is the laptop works well during its warranty peroid.

When my computer didn't work for the first time(in Mar.,2010) ,I choose a repair shop in town.At that time,I didn't know my laptop is the victim of defected display card .Within ywo months, the same failure symptom appeared agian. So I asked the first repair shop to rework my computer for free(Because the shop promise a two-month warranty).But ,good time doesn't last long.My computer suffered another function failure a few months later.This time,I felt terribly disappointed to Lenovo company.I consulted the Lenovo after-sales service department ,they told me that my computer need to replace the mianboard.Considering the high cost,I gave up their suggestion.So I choosed another repair shop to repair for me.However,as the defect of display card chip,the promblem can not be solved in root cause.So another function failure comes in no surprise recently.....At last,I make a decision,I my computer doestn't work for the N time,I will never never repair it !!   

As consumers, in such cases,we are so helpness but to pay for the manufacture defects.In my opinion,if you meet the same situation , you should use law weapons to protect our rights and interests!
