There is no problem can't be resolved through communication. For most of case in our daily work, there is no wrong or right, only misunderstanding or disagree. If only you and your customer agree with each other, you make the right. Remember: customer is always right. But we can convince them our action is for their benefits and persuade them to accept the result willingly.
There is no people can't be communicated. It's just because you didn't find the right way to communicate with him. You will the situation will be changed shockingly if only you find the bridge. Then everything is under your control now.
