Work trouble
Dear all:
Recently, I have meeted some troubles for my work. So, look for some solutions in here!
I have been worked for this company two years, but now I felt very bad. Because I don't to obtain confidence of my boss, AI, about this question, I think that everyone maybe meets, do you have good way?
Now, my worst question is English no good, don't communicate with my boss!
PLS told me if you have good idea! THS.
I think that I need learning ENGLISH at any moment.

- How to communicate with your boss in a right way is a good lesson to learn, and I'm also kind of struggling with it. There is one thing I want to share, do your work well, and once you got praised, tell your boss that you like to hear it very much and will try harder to gain it again next time. :)

- Maybe lack in English is one obstacle for all person who is employ in a foreign company and special whom direct report, the boss, is a foreigner. I have the same trouble, no communicate no understanding. Now I'm push on.
