Keep you eyes safe with  a few basic tips!!!

     Looking at people we love and things we enjoy brings us a great deal of pleasure.But without the sense of sight,we would miss out on those enjoyable moments.We must take care to protect our eyesight and not risk eye injuries.
    Here are some tips:
    No.1:At home
    Never stand with your face over a pan of frying food.Popping oil can cause eye injuries.
    No.2:At work
    When working at your computer,remember the 20-20-20 rule.After every 20 minutes of screen time,look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.This allows your eyes to relax and change focus.
    Position your computer screen five to nine inches below eye level.This keeps your eyes partly closed,allowing them to blink correctly and remain moist.
    No.3:At play
    Closely watch children and their handicraft projects.Everyday items such as scissors,paper clips and pencils can cause eye injuries.Never allow children to play with or light fireworks.
