When i was young my mother always told me that i should do things more efficiency.Because I like a pearl in the palm of my parents.I needn’t to do anything by myself.Time flies i am grow up there are have some trouble around me.when i lived in dormitory of the school i should to do everything by myself so i feel very difficult for me.I try to do those things and clear know that i really have to improve efficiency.

I got my first job after i graduated from college.In Guangzhou Qingfeng Electronics Co.,Ltd I learned that if you always stay in the origin place and don’t to change youself and improve professional skill you will have one result that you can’t find your favorable job and always complain your life and the society forever.The manager told me that if you don’t want to work in here you’d better told her and change another work which suit for you .If you really want to work in here you should try you best to do your work well and you should always remember that you are one of the member of the big family,you have the responsibility to grow up with company.

In fact the company is a warm family.The colleagues are very kind and friendly we feel very happiness in here.I know that when we lived in happiness we do work will more efficiency.When i in troubles colleagues always help me and tell me how to do it more efficiency.I learned a lot from them those are treasure in my life.What more they told me that I should grateful for everything and everyone.Then your life will be colorful.
