I would like to share some working experience with you.

I am working as a sells in Guangzhou Qingfeng Electronics Company Limited. Our company is specializing in producing and exporting in game machine series product.

Because more than 95% product of this company are exported to abroad. We have many chances to make friends with foreigners, in fact is our clients. Sometimes our client visit our factory, Generally speaking the period of Canton Fair is a peak time.

JZ is our manager, a very nice person. Every time when client come to visit our factory he pick them up at airport or hotel in person no matter how tired he is. In my memory I have never seen a boss as easy-going as him. Our manager told us that: customers are our friends and colleagues are our sisters and brothers, they exactly set a good example to us. He is a boss but we prefer to treat him as our friend.

One day in August. I am as an interpreter for him to accompany a customer who is from England to our factory. It’s a long distance to get to our factory, JZ drove for us. Driving is not good thing, you will be exhausted if you drive for a long time. We had lunch in a hotel during the way to factory. That was the first time for me to have dinner with boss and customer. I was very nervous and I didn’t know how to behave myself. On one hand he paid attention to customer on the other hand he encouraged me and tried to let me be easy. I should have considered that customer didn’t know how to use chopsticks and prepared knife and forks for him but I forgot totally. JZ did.

What touched me most is that JZ picked vegetables for me. As a boss it’s hard to do this as normal. I thought bosses are arrogant before but I am wrong. Boss like JZ is really gentleman-like.
