what the job is?

I appied a position for Hr specialist, and the manager approved me to enter the company, a stated-owned enterprise. But, that department was seeking a Hr specialist of its own, not for the whole company, but now, what i know and see is that they are simply focus on customs relations, what the role of a Hr specialist is for only the intitional client deparment ? They did not give me specific intructions and arrangements for my next step, just asked me to prepare for the certificate test while waiting for their next infomation.
i do not knoow the exact salary and what i do in my job, i just know that a state-owned finicial company is a good chance for me who do not have relevent work experience and major. what they told me is not very clear as i wish.
what should i do is waiting, and preparing for the test. actually, i do not like it very much

- Sounds strange and a bit suspicious. Too good to be true. Be careful dear. You can try the job to see what it is about but you must watch for suspicious things. Keep us informed.

- I passed the Futures Qualification Certificate in May, but I was refused to enter the company because my husband was in that company, a marriage bond of the company is not allowed. So i have to leave. After, i entered an other financial company as an business assistant. I love the atmosphere more than the former one. Even through it is hard at the start, but as least i got some work experience. My career path in the field of finance is reachable.
