After two months' considerations, and discussions with my friends, peers, even in a forum exclusively  for moms, i make a decision that i thought it was a bit of distant and unreachable before. When i got my family's support and understanding, and also my own mindset was formed, I went straight to my superior and told him my resign. He arranged the things that i should do before i left, then i can not help think that a better life is waiting for me.

     The present work is so disappointing , specifically, no realistic actions of the business are taken, 6 monthes has passed, the performance of the unit is still so poor and embarassing. The leader and the colleagues are only good at chating,entertainment or gossip, in face of their leaders from the top, no progress,no profit has been presented.

     It is wise to chooce my child first, seeing the job is so hopless,  hesitation is  not in a need. Besides, it is time for me to do more for my family,  two years ago ,i left my child in my hometown, working in another city. It was my mother who took the main responsibility to raise him up. Finally, i found a way to balance all the things: my parent's businss,my busband's career, my boy and my own job. This temportary arrangement would not last long, this is the turning point for my family, i hope my support will be well repayed.
