I dreamed about you last night. We were together again in the dream.

I still remember your words “You jump, I jump” when we met for the first time and when you managed to save my heart from desperation.

Together with you, I felt the excitement which I had never had before. I would no longer behave like an aristocrat; I would no longer ingratiate myself with others; I would no longer care about my fiancé. Together with you, I felt free. At that moment, I cared about nothing but you.

Because of you, I found back myself. I couldn’t leave you alone on the sinking ship. When they sent me to the accident boat, I decided to jump back. Jack, you said “You jump, I jump”. So you didn’t leave, I wouldn’t leave.

Now I’m an old woman. Perhaps without you, I would not survive. It was you who encouraged me to live on when I nearly gave up.
