In my mind,from college time,I'd like to eat the snack when go shopping,especially on the way to go around,whenever I saw some eating things,can't help myself to eat...

For now in Shenzhen,at first I also  like to eat,and eat all the way,gradually,my friends see my problem,and try to remind me,and they always said:the food and snack is dirty,and the oil is bad,but sometime I still can't help,it seems things become better when yesterday I went out with one of my friends,I almost didn't eat anythings except some small orange,I think it's my progress...

For me,one things I always couldn't help myself to eat--gammon,not only the one in the package,or the sausage,I always like to eat,the only good change is I didnt'  buy the sausage on the road,when I really want to eat,I just buy some in the supermarket,and fry it by myself...
