TO GO OR NOT TO GO ?
I am faced with a problem now: the problem is my present company have a senior position to give me, but my friend want me to help him with his business, he wants to start his own enterprise. At present, i don't know what to do and how to do. Can anyone of you give me some advice?

- Both choices can lead to success or regrets. You have to make a sensible decison. You can consider the following:
Partnership with your friend;
You know your friend and trust his ability in business and you beleive the business can work. You can join him if you are that sure. You must also know that most new businesses fail because people underestimate the problems that would face. You need enough money, experience, knowledge, operational/organisational skills, legal/statutory responsbilities, customers, income sources. Failure in any of these would cause the business to fail and put you in debt. There could be arguments. This often also leads to losing a friend. In other words, there are too many uncertainties.
Your existing company;
Your existing company has been running for some time and you can see how it is going. You do not have to worry about the company crashing. You are also assured of a senior position and the pay should be good too. Everything seems so secure. You may not have a second chance like this. This choice can't be wrong.
With all this information, you can make a sensible choice which is so important for your future.
