we should be help those foreigners who lives in china

my foreigner friend live in china hangzhou
she being a english teach at shcool .
this is she frist time to china she was very excited
yesteday ~
she was went to china post to send the package .
but she dont know chinese and dont know how to write also
she was asked help to write chinese address but no one listen to her
she felt very disappointed because nobody in china post help & assist .
they ignore them and shouted at them
i hope we can help each other .

- Well, some help is always welcome. Both culture and language are so different from the Western way, that people like me do need some help, hehe
