who is she ?
she like a cat in front cashier .but in front another colleague she like a tiger ,,want to eat all of them,,anyone can see it and all of we dont like her,, our manager was need an operation so she cant able to work for 3 weeks ,, during that days ,she thought she is a manager here and without ask to tell boss what we will do next .But most awful of all at she`s tone.anytime she speak to me seems like i own she`s money ,sooooo trouble ....right ?

- This kind of people is terrible. Full of pretence and threat. It is not necessary to confront her. She would eventually destroy herself by her own actions. Evil can never win.

We really don't need those manipulating type of people. Indeed, proper communications would be helpful, but I doubt if the lack of communications is the culprit in this case.

She would keep expanding her agitations, then one day everyone would rise up against her. Just ignore her and let her destroy herself.
