The BEC about my career

I am going to prepare the BEC 2 examination in half a year.But few a days,I
always think about what is the use of the qualification. I mean if there is a higher
salary or better career chance to me. I was a saler before. My salary was 3000---
4000 RMB per month. So I want to know if this is helpful to a higher salary and have
chance to a berrer career what is about management. I want to get help from
