looking for a job

Today is Valentine's Day, hope everybody happy Valentine's Day. This is the 24th single Valentine's Day I am living through. It's a bad day for me. no lover; no flowers; no sunshine; no good news; and I broken my amulet. but this is not the worst thing.
The worst thing is my vice general manager didn't rise my salary as we discussed before CYN. She said 3000yuan is the highest number company can paid for me. And she said this is all because of my lacking English. I can't accept this number either her words. I have 6 years experinece in footwear, and worked for this company over 2 years, and i done my job pretty well! I deserve a raise! Now in China every thing rise prices how can we live if company don't raise our salary! How much money will left after i paid my social insurance and my house rent and my foods? We girls need snack; clothes; shoes; skin creams; beautful things, how can i afford them?
Since my vice general manager determined 3000yuan is the highest number i can get, I decided quit my job. However my devision manager talked to me and hope I can stay, I refused her. She is a good manager and a good partner also a good friend. here I want to mention her name is Lanca Ou.
So I am searching job now.hope i can find a good job soon.

- Sorry to hear about your grey Valentine's day. Llife is full of disappointments, failures and frustrations for most people. It is also fair because most people have happy and contented times too sooner or later. Things are changing continiously and it is hard to see what is ahead of us in the near future. Just take it easy. Your turn would come eventually.
Your employer should raise your salary considering your experience, good performance and hard work. Their criticism appears to be an excuse to hold down your salary. However, you also have to think on the employer's side, salary is the biggest expenditure of a company and if they don't control it sensibly, the company could be weak financially. On the other hand, they encourage you to stay shows they value your services. You may also face similar problems when you change your job because most employers are downsizing and cutting down expenses. Try some intelligent ways to make your company understand that your salary is not up to market rate. Sometimes, it is ok to compromise and find a suitable solution for both. Wish you the best.
