looking at somepeople around us,you can heard so words that"gloomy!!or unhappy or pallid or emptiness or no meaning...and so on.." ,and then you can find their bussiness,such as internet bar or taproom or KTV,are so booming,until midnight,the lights is on, red or green,wiggly or danceing, roar or whine, pissed or awake.....but a few of them is happy...this is named "the place of entertainment"..
why? why do it like that? in there,we can get happiness,cann't we?
in my opinion, we go to there to avoid two matters, the one is sad, the other is emptiness;the sadness is lots of different kinds,but the emptiness is only one,that is, my life is pallid ,and it need to be full of something meaning,i think so..
so, i think the good habit is a kind effective-medicine for emptiness;
how to do it? i will plan to do it like this as below:
the first,you should write down something that is meaningful for you,such as write article,draw pictures or reading and so on...
the second,you should make a schedule that when to do it according to priority one by one...
the last but not least, you must put you plan into practice one by one, this is key, do it, you will find it's not hard just you do it.
finally,we just persist the plan day and day,you will feel everyday is rich and meaningful without emptiness again and our life will became happy,furthermore, we will gain lots of knowledge that is useful and helpful for our work or life...
