Nowadays
teaching is getting more and more difficult. First, students become lazier day
by day. Even though a teacher works hard, his students could make no progress
if they hated study. Most students are inclined to be shameless children. They have
been spoiled by their indulgent parents. They could gain anything as long as
they mention it before their parents. The prizes distributed to the winners have
little attraction for these pupils. Second, they make trouble in class as to affect
the normal teaching. Not afraid of their teachers, these hoodlums are hard to
handle. Any efforts to persuade them are futile. It's risky to mete out physical punishment to
them despite its effectiveness in the past. For sooner or later it would
bring trouble on the teachers adopting this method.

maybe you can try to speak to their parents what the individual student 's states in class . teachers alliance their parents together to dominate the teaching tasks is the one of the ways . or make yourself more powerful to make the students in class surrender, for example : make the one of the "bad pupil" punishment by his /her fault and then you win , next there will be more convinent for your teaching .
