Keep flies out

Flies come with the arrival of summer. Much to our annoyance, they intrude into our rooms, contaminate our food and stain the surface of walls. Yesterday I helped mother with screening the windows and doors to keep out flying insects. The net curtains have been used for several years. Every year mother takes charge of the matter. At the beginning of the season she installs the nets in place. By the end of the season she removes and puts them away after washing. This needs one to ascend a height. On such occasions I always warn her against the risks. But she would turn a deaf ear to my warnings and do the work by herself. When I tried to take over the job, she would be displeased with my performance and renew it later complainingly.

- i hate mosquitos, my summer is ruined by them, i cannot wear shorts or skirt, my legs are full of mosquito bites, i hate them

- Those screen are effective and safe in keeping out insects and flies during the hot summer season. You have to do something about it if you want to live peacefully, otherwise, you would end up battling those insects every day and night. Your mother seems skilled in putting up these screens and since she consider herself as a professor in this, let her do it, but you must be present to prevent any accident. At this age, a slight fall can cripple. Better be sure than to regret.
