Divorce which was deemed disgraceful is a commonplace nowadays. People tend to discard the moral principles abided by in the past. Lust for other women or men gets the upper hand. The divorced couples more or less fail to fulfill their obligations to their families, children and parents. And the children suffer most from the broken marriage. They are left deeply hurt forever. This is an indication of our corrupt society. If this trend continues without containment, man's destruction is not far away. The moral education which has been ignored for so long should be put first on the agenda from the kindergartens. Let our offspring know what is right and what is wrong and how to cultivate their moral character as Confucius advocated. Only in this way can mankind be saved.

- At marriage, both the bridge and groom has to make a sacred vow or declaration;
''I _____, take you ______, to be my wedded wife/husband. To have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness or in health, to love and to cherish 'till death do us part. And hereto I pledge you my faithfulness.''
Once you make this promise, you should stay with your loved one until death, no matter what difficulty you face.
Unfortunately, society these days put too much pressure on young people. Girls have to find their husband before 22 and have to be child bearing by 26 and preferably have a son.
Young men have to prove themselves to be capable by getting a wife and having a son. Furthermore, he must also provide a house and comfortable living conditions.
When they cannot meet these conditions, there are criticized of being looked down, so the marriage builds pressure. Love and cohesion is also affected by these pressures and eventually, the marriage breaks and end up in divorce.
There are so many single people keeping pets as their own child just to have company and avoid the responsibilities of marriage. What is happening to our society? When one takes a wife, the wife has committed to you and rely on you for life, so are the children. People must think carefully before getting married.

Nowadays many marriages are fragility. The increasing number of divorce cases have threatened the harmony in our society. Considering marriage is one of the most complicating matters in the world, the way to solve the problems effetively is to inject some knowledges of fundamental law in marriage
When marriage is broken in the western countries, more likely a man will be kicked out and the house will be left for his wife and their children. All assets will be split in half if there are not any children in a family. A husband is responsible to pay alimony to his children.
I don't deny the words above are not the perfect way to solve marriage problems, but at least it provides some necessary protections for women and children. People should be made aware of costs of divorce. Easy come and easy go don't work in marriages and you need to pay the price.
