Along the Changchun-Jilin Highway through the south of our town are built many road lamps. On top of each lamppost is furnished a wind turbine used to generate electrical power. Just below the lamp a pair of solar panels are fixed to the post. So the two natural resources are converted into power and stored to light the street at night. This is beneficial to relieve the energy crisis. If this method of exploiting natural energy is spread from house to house, enterprise to enterprise across the country, not only can the non-renewable resources be saved but the pollution problem will be solved.
