新华网长沙７月１５日电（记者周楠 谭剑）１５日９时许，湖南省高级人民法院对“上访妈妈”唐慧诉永州市劳教委行政赔偿案二审作出判决：撤销永州市中级人民法院作出的一审判决，由永州市劳教委向唐慧支付侵犯人身自由的赔偿金、支付精神损害抚慰金２６４１．１５元，但不必再进行书面赔礼道歉，本判决为终审判决。
New China net Changsha, July 15-According to reporters Zhou Nan and Tan Jian, at nine o'clock that morning Hunan Province Higher People's Court pronounced a judgment in the second trial on the case in which the petitioning mother Tang Hui appealed to the court for compensation by the Yongzhou Labor Camp Committee and quashed the original one by Yongzhou City Intermediate People's Court. In the final judgment the committee was demanded to pay Tang ￥2641.15 for infringing on her personal liberty and mental impairment but without need to make a written apology.

- It raises the fire in people whenever they hear about the case of Tang Hui. This is a brave mother seeking justice. Finally there is a little tiny bit of justice and they admitted there were faults with the officials. The compensation is an insult. The officials have admitted that they were wrong, so difficult for them to issue an apology.
In fact, the officials should be fired or relived of their positions and let responsible people take over the job. Those officials should never forget that they are paid by the people and working for the people.
