This morning I took part in the adulthood ceremony held in Changchun No. 11 High School with many other parents whose children are also studying there. In the final phase of the activity when students and their parents sitting side by side were directed to turn face to face with their hands holding together and knees touching one another, a great number of them couldn't help shedding tears, including son and me. Then the new adults were instructed to promise taking care of their old parents in the future. This was a good lesson for the young people who only know study and enjoy the comforts brought by their parents but have no idea how to repay the people who gave them life and raised them selflessly.
