Equality is out of the question

Hot 3674 views. 2013-11-26 22:36 | different, energetic, question, strength, because

Different people have different status. The equality of man is just a fantasy that is unlikely to be realized. A powerful person is just like the predator preying on the grass-eaters. His superiority remains stable as long as his ability and strength overwhelms the others. Only those quick-witted and energetic rivals could challenge him and share the interests or beat him off. As for the underprivileged groups, they should be content with their positions because of their inability. Therefore only the able are qualified for living in town. Although many farmers have migrated to cities, their fate can't be changed immediately. They still belong to the second-class citizens, the males as manual workers and female as servants, struggling desperately for life. They can't even afford the high expense in town. They could have lived a happy life in their native land. They are misled by the current trend moving to town. I believe one day this trend will be reversed.

I am shocked to hear that a person with your knowledge and education could so readily abandon your rights to equality.

Allow me to remind you that you are a free person and your equality rights are guaranteed under the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights of which China is a signatory.

Perhaps you may ask then why the rich have so much and so powerful, while the poor suffers day in day out. The answer is that; you have chosen the government which allows people to become rich and others to be poor. You have the right to demand the government to return to the original socialist system by which everyone is equal. There should be no rich people. Everyone equal. If you can't change the system or government, then that government is unlawful and does not have support of the people, but no matter what happens, you are still a free person with equal rights as everyone around you.

You can say that the guarantee of equal rights is nothing but an empty declaration on paper, but nevertheless, the government has signed and agreed to it, so you are being cheated. Insist on equal rights, instead of abandoning it.

THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS SIGNED BY THE PRC 1949

Article 1.
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

Article 2.
Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

Article 3.
Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

Article 4.
No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.

Article 5.
No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.........

To reverse fate it takes extremely strong will power, and not every individual possesses that characteristic.
