Recently I was stricken with tinnitus again which happened to my right ear. I had first contracted it in my school days when I overtaxed my brain. Soon after being assigned to work, I gradually recovered from the disease. It had seemed to go away forever since. The other day I had a slight headache while I was reciting a text. If I had retired for night earlier and relaxed a little by day, I wouldn't have come down with it. So I must adjust my schedule at once in an attempt to bring about a cure as quickly as possible.
