A futile attempt

Since its protest and demonstration was put down, the outlawed organization Falun Gong has never stopped its activity against the government. Now and then its anti-government slogans, leaflets could be seen in alleys, on posts sustaining electrical wires or at doorsteps of the local dwellings. Sometimes I found the slogans printed on some one-yuan notes given as change. The public is perhaps nursing some hatred of the corruption of CPC, but meanwhile the masses show their support to the authorities because they have never led such a happy life before as today. It's foolish to be convinced by the heretic sect.

- The governments like to say that when people are well fed, they are prone to cause trouble, therefore, it is more peaceful when they are in hunger.
Everyday when I go to work, I walk past those pictures and information displayed by Falun Gong. They claim to inhumanely treated by the government, their members were murdered and their organs like kidney, heart etc stolen after their death.
I don't know that much about Falung Gong therefore I cannot claim sympathy for them. However, some facts about them are known.
In the 1980's they were simple religious practitioners. The public parks brimmed at dawn with some 200 million people performing slow-movement exercises known as qigong. In 1992 Master Li Hongzhi introduced Falun Gong, outwardly a qigong practise like any other. But Master Li uniquely placed emphasis not on healing or supernormal abilities, but on self-cultivation towards spiritual perfection. They were very popular and eventually have millions of new members across China and growing quickly. Such a great number of members worried the communist party. However, Premier Zhu Rongji engaged members of the gathered group, listened to their grievances and were sympathetic to them. Nevertheless, Chairman Jiang Zemin rebuffed Zhu’s conciliatory stance. Falun Gong was slowly regarded as a threat.
They finally hit the nerve of the government when on April 25, 1999 gathering of 10,000 Falun Gong practitioners in the political heart of Beijing startled Party leaders and that triggered the oppression that followed.
It is hard to know who is devil and who is the saint, therefore, most people would just choose to ignore them.

- average people just focus on their own life, government needs to lead and make everything in control, usually, both sides do not have something interacted, it actives once the balance of this operation is broken down.
Honest and ordinary guys will go against it only if they can lead a simple warm life.
